摘  要:为积极履行医务人员告知义务,保障患者知情同意权,并从根本上维护患者生命健康安全,以纠纷诉讼案例为切入点,分析告知缺陷,针对诉讼中鉴定意见及法院判决认定的医院告知过错进行反思,从告知主体、告知对象、告知内容、告知场所与辅助程序等方面提出改进建议,以期增强知情告知有效性,减少纠纷发生.To actively fulfill the medical staffs obligation of notification, protect patients right of informed consent and fundamentally protect patients life safety, the study used dispute cases as the breakthrough point to analyze defects of notification and rethink the faults of notification based on the verified opinion in lawsuit and the court judgement. Furthermore, suggestions for imAbstract provement were put forward from aspects of the persons responsible for informing, object of notification, the content, place and auxiliary program, in order to enhance the effectiveness of informed consent and to reduce disputes.
