摘  要:随着国民经济的不断增长,高校教育发展的不断创新,越来越多的高校教师开始关注到优化、改进课堂教学方法的重要性。“食品微生物学检验技术”作为一门具有较强实践性和实用性的专业课程,其目标为帮助学生提升专业技能,形成高尚道德素养,以保证学生专业学习的全面发展进步。因此,高校教师要积极转变自身教学理念,创新完善课程教学方法,根据学生实际状态与需求,进行个性化课堂教学、优化教学内容和方式、明确学生专业课程学习目标、帮助学生更好地掌握运用理论知识和实践技能。进一步对“食品微生物学检验技术”课程教学方法优化展开分析与探讨。With the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous innovation of the educational development of the university,more and more university teachers begin to focus on the optimization and improving the importance of the classroom teaching methods.As a specialized course with strong practicality and practicability,the goal of the course teaching is to help the students to improve professional skills and form high moral quality,so as to ensure the overall development and progress of the students’professional study.Therefore,the university teachers should actively change their own teaching idea,innovate and improve the course teaching method,and according to the actual state and demand of the students,carry out the individualized classroom teaching,optimize the teaching content and the way,and make clear the students’specialty curriculum learning objectives to help students better master the use of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Further analysis and discussion on the optimization of teaching methods of food microbiology inspection technology course will be carried out.
