摘　　要：高校思想政治工作要实现全程育人、全方位育人是习近平总书记对高校思政工作的理论创新。高校思想政治工作要坚持理论性、差异性、开放性、协同性原则,建构新时代思想政治教育内容体系和协同育人体系,有效提升高校思想政治教育的实效性。According to Xi Jinping's theoretical innovation,a university should realized the goal of "through education and all-round education in ideological and political education.This requires that universities should adhere to the principles of theoretical,diversified,open and coordinated instruction to establish new systems of ideological and political education and coordinated education in the new age so as to improve the effects of university ideological and political education.
