摘 要:目的研究采用基于客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的岗前培训对临床医学生学习效果、主动性和满意度的影响。方法将即将进入临床实习的学生随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行基于OSCE的技能培训,对照组进行传统的教学。4周后进行OSCE考核,之后进入临床实习。2组学生的OSCE考核成绩、学习主动性自评问卷调查样本计量资料用均数±标准差表示,采用t检验,若P<0.05,表明2者之间存在差异。结果 2组的OSCE考核成绩均不是太高,但也可以明显看出观察组学生的OSCE考核每项成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组在自主学习、相互沟通、知识掌握、技术操作、批判思维等方面的学习主动性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;患者对观察组学生的总体满意度为94.72%,比对照组高出30.02%,说明岗前培训可以提高患者满意度。结论基于OSCE的岗前培训可以显著提高临床医学生的学习主动性和技能操作水平,在临床实习早期可明显提高患者满意度,改善实习学生对临床实习的适应状况,保证实习效果,提高临床实践教学质量。Objective To study the effect of OSCE-based pre-work training on the learning effect, initiative and satisfaction of clinical medical students. Methods The students who were about to enter clinical practice were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group conducted OSCE-based skills training and the control group conducted traditional teaching. After 4 weeks, OSCE assessment was performed and then entered clinical practice.The OSCE assessment results and the self-assessment data of the self-assessment questionnaires of the two groups of students were expressed by mean ± standard deviation, and the t-test was used. P< 0.05, there was a difference between the two. Results The OSCE assessment scores of the two groups were not too high, but it was also obvious that the OSCE assessment scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. P<0.05;The observation group’s learning initiative in autonomous learning, mutual communication, knowledge mastery, technical operation, and critical thinking was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. P< 0.05;The overall satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was94.72 %, 30.02 % higher than that of the control group, indicating that pre-work training could increase patient satisfaction. Conclusions OSCE based pre-work training could significantly improve the learning initiative and skill operation level of clinical medical students. In the early days of clinical practice, it could significantly increase patient satisfaction, improve internship students ’adaptation to clinical practice, ensure internship results,and improve clinical practice teaching quality.
