摘　　要：甘蔗宿根矮化病的温水处理是在温度50℃时进行2h,当脱毒池的温度稳定在50℃时放吊入种苗并开始计时。由于温水脱毒处理超过2h将使发芽率降低,保持脱毒池温度在50℃±0.2℃时对控制宿根矮化病和发芽率都是必要的。本系统使用西门子的S7-200CPU对输入输出进行处理控制和PID运算,用触摸屏进行人机交换,同时对S7-200 CPU的自整定进行了探讨。The hot water treatment for Sugarcane Ratoon Stunting Disease(RSD)is carried out at 50℃,which take 2 hours.When the temperature in the treatment pool is stable at 50℃,the seed cane are put into the pool and the timing began.Because process of hot water treatment for more than 2 hours will reduce germination rate,it is necessary to keep the temperature in the pool at 50℃±0.2℃,for both the purposes of RSD control and good germination.In this system,Siemens S7-200 CPU is used to process input and output signals and PID operation.The touch screen is used for man-machine exchange.At the same time,the application of S7-200 CPU self-tuning is discussed.
