摘 要:以学校为主导的现代学徒制是高校培养高素质技能型人才的新模式,但存在校企合作的长效机制建设缺失、教学运行模式选择、学生顶岗实践教学效果不均衡等问题,应建立行业协会协调下现代学徒制运行机制与模式,以协调政府、企业和学校的关系,推进产学教深度融合和校企合作的开展。The university-oriented modern apprenticeship system is a new model to cultivate qualified and skilled talents. However, many problems have been exposed, such as lacking effective cooperative mechanism between universities and enterprises, the imbalance between the education operating models and the practical learning of students. Through the analysis of the problems of the modern apprenticeship system, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of the modern apprenticeship under the coordination of the industry association, in order to coordinate the interrelations among governments, enterprises and universities and thus ensure the in-depth cooperation between universities and enterprises.
