摘　　要：介绍了“时间有价证券”的概念及其作用,分析了这一新型的人事薪酬管理模式特点,探讨了“时间有价证券”在我国国有企业薪酬设计中的应用。This paper introduces the concept and role of “Time Securities”, analyzes the characteristics of this new type of personnel and compensation management model, and discusses the application of "Time Securities" in the salary design of state-owned enterprises in China.
