摘　　要：环境教育基地为学习者提供了在环境中学习的机会,对环境教育基地的合理规划有助于推动环境教育的发展、提高公众的环境意识,促进社会热点环境问题的解决。结合东莞市环境教育基地规划案例,初步探讨了区域环境教育基地规划的流程,从现状分析、规划目标、保障体系和效益分析等方面,阐述了区域环境教育基地规划的基本内容及方法。期望为区域环境教育基地规划的编制与实施提供理论参考。The environmental education base provides learners with opportunities to learn in environment.The rational planning of environmental education bases can promote the development of environmental education,raise the public’s environmental awareness,and solve the social hot environmental issues.This study discusses the planning process of regional environmental education base based on the planning of Dongguan Environmental Education Base.The basic content and methods of environmental education base planning are proposed,including the analysis of current situation,planning objectives,guarantee system and benefits analysis.It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the formulation and implementation of regional environmental education base planning.
