摘 要:学生个性化的成长需求和学习行为方式的变化,对中国传统的教师教育体系提出了新的挑战。以教师教育领域的期刊论文为研究对象,对2009-2018年间收录的关于教师教育领域期刊论文进行计量和知识图谱分析。发现教师教育研究基本态势良好,研究成果较为丰富,研究主题多集中在教师教育内容、发展方式等方面,随着核心素养在教师教育改革中的位置日益凸显,“素质教育”“学生核心素养”等关键词逐渐成为教师教育研究趋势。教师教育应以学生实际需求为导向,以学生发展为中心,优化教师个体的教育教学方式。The new changes in students'individualized growth needs and learning behavior have posed new challenges to China's traditional teacher education system.Taking the periodical papers in the field of teacher education as the research object,this paper makes a quantitative and knowledge map analysis of the periodical papers in the field of teacher education collected from 2009 to 2018.The basic situation of teacher education research is good,the research results are abundant,and the research topics are more concentrated on the content of teacher education and the way of development.With the increasingly prominent position of core literacy in teacher education reform,"quality education"and"student core literacy"have gradually become the trend of teacher education research.Education and teaching should be guided by students'actual needs,centered on students'development,and optimize teachers'individual education and teaching methods.
