摘　　要：本文阐述了现代学徒制的内涵与特征、协同育人视角下开展现代学徒制的意义。透过实践工作中的不断研究发现,目前我国协同育人视角下餐饮企业员工现代学徒制人才培养目前出现的问题,并基于问题得到有效应对策略,更新各方思维理念促进校企合作达成共识,明确实施目标,提升学员职业能力。This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship and the significance of modern apprenticeship from the perspective of collaborative education.Through continuous research in practice,it is found that the current problems in the cultivation of modern apprenticeship talents of catering enterprises under the perspective of collaborative education in China,and effective response strategies based on problems,updating the thinking of all parties to promote school - enterprise cooperation to reach a consensus,clearly implement the goals and enhance the professional ability of the students.
