摘　　要：Left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy (LVNC) is a rare cardiomyopathy. The major clinical manifestations are systemic embolism ventricular arrhythmias, heart failure, and sudden death. It is characterized by left ventricular myocardium w让h two distinct layers including non-compaction and compaction [123]. The clinical diagnosis of LVNC depends on imaging studies. The absence of definitive diagnostic criteria and specific biomarkers causes LVNC misdiagnosis.
