摘　　要：为提高教学质量,丰富教学资源,提升我校医学生实践创新能力,本着"虚实结合、宁实勿虚"的原则,我校依托基础医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台,将虚拟实验资源有效地应用于医学微生物学教学,采用虚实一体实验教学模式,充分调动了学生参与实验的积极性,提高了学生的自主学习能力,达到预期的实验教学效果。In order to improve the quality of teaching,enrich experimental resources,enhance the students’ abilities of practice and innovation. Based on the principle of "combination of virtual and reality,can real not virtual" and virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in our school,we effectively apply virtual experimental resources to teaching of medical microbiology. We motivate the students’ enthusiasm and abilities of autonomous learning through adopting virtual and actual combined experimental teaching model and achieve the expected experimental teaching effect.
