摘 要:目的分析妇产科临床教学中角色模拟教学法的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月-2018年10月,医院妇产科参加实习的医学生40名,根据学生的学号随机分组,对照组、观察组各20例。对照组采用常规PBL、案例教学法教学,观察组采用角色模拟教学法。对两组实习生的教学满意度,OSCE成绩,独立诊断信心进行统计对比。结果观察组实习生对教学方法、实践安排、合作能力的满意度评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组OSCE考试成绩医嘱、计划评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对临床实践独立完成疾病诊断信心强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科临床教学中应用角色模拟教学法,可以提升教学质量,提升学员的OSCE考试成绩,同时增强学员独立工作信心,获得了学生的好评。Objective To analyze the effect of role simulation teaching method in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods From June 2018 to October 2018, 40 medical students who participated in the practice of gynecology and obstetrics in hospital were randomly divided into three groups: the control group (n = 20) and the observation group (n = 20). The control group was taught by PBL and case teaching method, while the observation group was taught by role simulation method. Statistical comparison of teaching satisfaction, OSCE score and confidence in independent diagnosis between two groups of interns was made. Results The degree of satisfaction of the intern in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in terms of teaching method, practice arrangement and cooperation ability, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of doctor's advice and plan in the OSCE examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0. 05). In the observation group, the confidence to complete the diagnosis of the disease independently in clinical practice was stronger than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of role simulation teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynaecology can improve the teaching quality, improve the students' OSCE scores, and at the same time enhance the students' confidence in working independently, which has been praised by the students.
