摘 要:目的探讨学生自绘图在心电图教学中应用效果。方法将2015级医学1系学生为研究对象,随机选择2个小班作为对照组和实验组,每组50人。对照组采用传统的教学方法;实验组采用传统教学基础上教导学生自绘心脏解剖及心电图图形的方法。绘制图形参考斯坦福公开课程临床解剖学和心电图绘图,每个图形要求简洁,容易绘制。教学时教师一边理论讲解一边绘图,将复杂、抽象的内容以图形表现出来。采用调查问卷、心电图理论考试分数、电脑试图测试、心电图病例分析等评价教学效果。结果与传统教学相比,自绘图组学生心电图学习兴趣、主动学习能力、自我展示能力等相关软实力都有明显提高(P<0.05);对照组理论成绩为(72.84±4.56)分,实验组理论成绩为(87.16±3.87)分,两者比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组实验成绩(60.00±25.00)分,实验组实验成绩为(70.00±25.00)分,两者比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学生自绘图教学可提高心电图学的教学效果,培养了学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力。Objective To explore the effect of students’self-drawing applied to the electrocardiography (ECG) teaching. Methods 100 clinical medical students from Grade 2015 were elected and divided into two groups equally. The control group (50 people) received traditional methods in anatomy teaching, and the traditional methods plus anatomy-drawing method was conducted in experimental group ( 50 people). The effect of anatomy teaching in two groups were evaluated and analyzed by test scores and questionnaire survey. Results Compared to traditional teaching group, the interesting and ability of experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). The test score of traditional teaching group was (72.84 ± 4.56) points. The test score of experimental group was (87.16 ± 3.87) points. There was significant difference between the experimental group and the traditional teaching group. The experimental score of traditional teaching group was (60.00 ±25.00) points, while it was (70.00 ±25.00) points in the experimental group. The difference was also significant (P < 0.05).
