信息化时代高职院校教师教学和科研能力提升方法分析

摘　　要：作为高等教育的重要类型,高等职业教育与其他层次高等教育一样,科学研究是其重要职责之一。就科研工作而言,国内高职院校起步晚、底子差、经费缺乏,无论是基础条件,还是开展情况,均与本科院校相差甚远。文章分析了高职院校教师开展教学科研工作的意义和价值,提出从工作岗位着眼开展教学科研工作,提高业务水平,促进教科研能力的全面提升。As an important type of higher education, higher vocational education, like other levels of higher education, scientific research is one of its important responsibilities. Domestic vocational colleges, as far as scientific research work is concerned, the late start, poor bottom, lack of funds, whether it is the basic conditions, or the development of the situation, are far from the undergraduate institutions. This paper analyzes the significance and value of teaching and scientific research work carried out by teachers in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward that teaching and scientific research work should be carried out from the job, the level of business should be improved and the teaching and scientific research ability should be promoted.
