高职机械类专业学生工匠精神培养的实践研究——以黄冈职业技术学院机电学院为例

摘　　要：在当今我国制造业转型升级的关键时期,“大国工匠”成为当今紧缺的人才,高职机械类专业应担负起培养“国家工匠”的重任。黄冈职业技术学院机电学院经过几年的探索与实践,形成了通过三个途径、培养三种能力、达到三个目标的“三位一体”能工巧匠育人模式,并在机械类专业中推广应用,培养了一批具有敬业、精业、奉献精神的准工匠,在全国、全省职业院校技能大赛中取得了优异的成绩,毕业生得到用人单位的肯定和高度评价。In the critical period of the transformation and upgrading in manufacturing industry of China,"big country craftsmen" has become a scarce talent, and the mechanical specialty of higher vocational education should shoulder the important task of cultivating "national craftsmen". After several years of exploration and practice, the Mechanical and Electrical School of Huanggang Polytechnic College has formed a "trinity" skillful craftsman education model which can cultivate three kinds of abilities and achieve three goals through three ways, and has popularized and applied it in the mechanical specialty. It has trained a number of quasi-craftsmen with dedication, precision and dedication, and has made excellent achievements in the skills competition of vocational colleges and universities in the whole province and the whole country. Graduates are affirmed and highly valued by employers.
