摘  要:以青岛市西海岸新区中等职业学校教师为研究对象,探讨中职教师教学效能感、组织公平感与工作满意度的关系,结果表明:中职教师的组织公平感与工作满意度呈显著正相关,教学效能感与工作满意度呈显著正相关,组织公平感和教学效能感可以显著预测中职教师工作满意度。Taking the teachers of secondary vocational schools in the West Coast New District of Qingdao as the research object,this paper discusses the relationship between teachers' sense of teaching efficacy,sense of organizational fairness and job satisfaction.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the sense of organizational justice and job satisfaction,and a significant positive correlation between the sense of teaching efficacy and job satisfaction.The sense of organizational fairness and sense of teaching efficacy can significantly predict the job satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers.
