摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂混合式学习法在普通外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法在普通外科见习教学中,观察组采用微信雨课堂进行“线上+线下学习”模式教学,并通过问卷进行评价和反馈;对照组采用传统讲授式教学。见习期末,两组统一进行理论考核和平时表现评估。结果观察组和对照组见习期末理论考核成绩分别为(73.3±5.1)分和(69.1±8.5)分,平时表现成绩分别为(15.6±1.2)分和(8.9±3.4)分,观察组成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组学生认为雨课堂混合式学习法对促进自主学习、提高系统管理学习资源能力、增强同学和师生之间的交流等方面帮助很大。结论雨课堂混合式学习法能有效地提升普通外科见习教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of blended learning by rain classroom during general surgery teaching for medical clerks. Methods In general surgery clerkship, the medical students were divided into two teams, the observation and control group. Blended learning by rain classroom was performed in observation group, and lecture teaching was performed in control group. The test scores and effective questionnaires were gathered.Results Students in observation group got higher scores of theoretical examination and performance assessment than those in control group, which were (73.3±5.1) vs (69.1±8.5), and ( 15.6±1.2 ) vs ( 8.9±3.4 ) respectively, P < 0.05. Feedback using questionnaires showed that blended learning by rain classroom can stimulate active learning, systematically collect learning resources, and communicate from both students and faculty. Conclusion Blended learning by rain classroom is useful for improving teaching effects of general surgery clerkship.
