摘  要:随着人类社会的进步,主副食品日益丰富,烹调方法、手段日趋多样,人们的饮食观念也在不断变化,人们在追求菜肴色、香、味及形的同时,更加注重膳食的营养、科学和卫生,在吃饱、吃好的前提下,吃出营养、吃出健康逐渐成为一种时尚和潮流。With the progress of human society, the main and non-staple foods are becoming more and more abundant, the cooking methods and means are becoming more and more diverse, and people’s dietary concepts are constantly changing. While pursuing the color, aroma, taste and shape of dishes, people pay more attention to the nutritional science and hygiene of diet. On the premise of having a good meal, they can eat nutritiously and healthily gradually becoming a fashion and trend.
