摘  要:校本教研是提高学校教育教学质量的关键。当前学校教师疲于应付常规的校本教研,“浅表参与校本教研”导致校本教研实效性不强。以英语学科校本教研的开发为例,在正确认识校本教研的基础上探讨开展有效校本教研。有效校本教研开展离不开四个要素,即正确认识校本教研;建立研究共同体;聚焦目标与主题;合理开发和利用各类研究工具。School-based teaching and research (SBTR) play dominant roles in developing education, teaching quality and current school education reform as well. This paper aims at exploring ways to effectively conduct school-based teaching and research (SBTR) based on the current situations that some teachers just follow the tasks of the SBTR mechanically, which leads to low efficiency of the teaching. This paper divides the research into four elements in SBTR, such as the sound theoretical background of SBTR, the collaborative research group, the purpose and topic-orientation and the full use of research tools. This paper elaborates these four elements according to an English SBTR case study.
