基于智能手机端的开放教育《商法》课程移动教学模式改革思考

摘　　要：本文主要对电大开放教育法学专业《商法》课程开展的以手机QQ群为媒介的移动教学改革实践进行了回顾与反思。文章介绍了《商法》课程开展移动教学模式改革的原因及实施过程,分析了《商法》课程在移动教学过程中暴露出的一些问题,最后提出要构建“以任务为导向,线上线下互补型”的《商法》QQ群移动教学模式。This paper endeavors to review an experiment of applying the smartphone to QQ group-based mobile teaching reform of Commerce Law in Law Studies Discipline of open education. The paper firstly introduces the causes and implementations of the reform. Then the paper elaborates some problems in the experiment. Finally, to explore the teaching of Commerce Law , the paper proposes a QQ group-based mobile teaching model featuring task-drivenness and online-and-offline integrativity.
