摘 要:弱势管理是现代管理科学中的新兴理论。任何校长相对教师集体智慧和能力而言,都是处于弱势地位的。智慧校长,要使教师内动力、才智充分发挥并主动与自己合作,实现学校预期目标,就要善于运用弱势管理。弱势管理的核心在于以教师为本,依靠教师,凝聚师心,激发师能,合作共事。校长运用"弱势管理"需要对机构资源、师生奖惩、制度信息、专业发展、处事人格五种资源支配条件进行审视。要有效实施弱势管理,必须信任尊重教师,营造尊师文化;发展教师个性,为教师提供展示平台;依靠信念宗旨,凝聚教师力量;坚持民主决策,按照章程管理学校;优先教师需要,切实为教师服务;实施发展性评价,促进教师不断发展。同时还要注意认识和处理好刚势与柔势、过程与绩效、法治与德治、独裁与民主四对关系。Weak management is a new theory in modern management science.Any principal is in a weak position comparing with the collective wisdom and ability of teachers.A wise principal should be good at using weak management to give teachers full play to their internal motivation and intelligence and make them take the initiative to cooperate with their principal to achieve the expected goals of the school.The core of weak management lies in teacheroriented,relying on teachers,uniting teachers’hearts,arousing teachers’abilities and working together.The principals using weak management need to review the five kinds of resource domination conditions:institutional resources,teacher and student rewards and punishments,system information,professional development and the personality of handling interpersonal relationship.In order to effectively implement weak management,it must trust and respect teachers to create a culture of respect for teachers,develop teachers’personality and provide teachers with a display platform,rely on faith and goals to rally teachers’strength,adhere to democratic decision-making and manage schools in accordance with the articles of schools,give priority to teachers’needs and serve teachers effectively,and implement developmental evaluation to promote teachers continuous development.At the same time,it should pay attention to the four pairs of relationships between strength and flexibility,process and performance,rule of law and rule of virtue,and dictatorship and democracy.
