摘　　要：伟大的时代呼吁伟大的精神,崇高的事业需要榜样引领。新时代需要龙江四大精神放射出新的时代光芒。文章以跨文化作为理论基础,运用各种外宣翻译策略,以对外宣传龙江四大精神及时代意义为目的,促进中国文化走出国门,扩大中国的国际影响力,进一步树立国际形象。Great times calls for great spirits,so lofty achievements needs examples as direction.The four spirits of Heilongjiang radiate the unprecedented age light within the scope of mankind to meet the needs new times.The thesis is based on the theory of cross-cultural communication and adopts various translation strategies of external propaganda as means.The purpose is to publicize the four spirits of Heilongjiang province and contemporary significance in order to accelerate Chinese culture to go abroad,expand China’s international influence,and further establish international image as the strategic task of all-round development.
