摘  要:[目的]基于柯氏四级培训评价模型构建护士规范化培训质量指标体系,为护士规范化培训的质量评价提供参考标准。[方法]以柯氏四级培训评价模型为理论框架,结合文献回顾、小组讨论,拟定指标体系初稿,编制专家咨询问卷,对江苏省18名专家进行2轮咨询,采用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。[结果]两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为90%、100%,专家权威系数分别为0.844,0.861,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.222,0.180(P<0.01)。最终形成的护士规范化培训质量指标体系包括4项一级指标、16项二级指标、72项三级指标。[结论]护士规范化培训质量指标体系构建方法科学规范,内容设置合理,可为护士规范化培训的质量评价提供依据。Objective:To construct the standardized nursing training quality index system based on the Kirkpatrick model,in order to provide references for the quality evaluation of standardized nursing training. Methods:Draft of the index system was formulated based on the framework of the Kirkpatrick model. And combined with literature review and group discussion,the expert consultation questionnaire was prepared. Then,two rounds of expert consultations were conducted among 18 experts in Jiangsu province and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the indexes weight. Results:The effective questionnaire response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 90% and 100%;expert authority coefficients were 0. 844,0. 861;Kendall coordination coefficients were 0. 222, 0. 180,respectively(P<0. 01). The final index system consisted of 4 first‐level indicators,16 second‐level indicators,and 72 third‐level indicators. Conclusions:The constructed standardized nursing training quality index system was scientific and standardized,the contents were reasonable,which could provide references for the quality evaluation of the standardized nursing training.
