摘 要:实现军民融合企业创新发展是推进军民融合发展战略的关键一环,对于维护国家安全和保证其市场竞争地位均具有重要意义。聚焦军民融合企业研发团队,从社会网络的角度探讨了创新绩效的激发机制。研究表明:第一,师徒制对军民融合企业研发团队创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;第二,知识整合在师徒制与创新绩效关系中起到中介作用;第三,信息深度加工调节知识整合与创新绩效间关系,信息深度加工水平越高,知识整合对创新绩效的影响越强;第四,军品/民品差异调节知识整合与创新绩效之间的关系,民品生产线下,知识整合对研发团队创新绩效的影响更强。It is pivotal to improve innovation of civil-military integration enterprises,which contributes to obtain state security and market position.By discussing the way to enhance innovation performance of civil-military enterprises,we found that:(1) mentoring is positively related to R&D team innovation performance in civil-military integration enterprises;(2) knowledge integration mediated the relationship between mentoring and innovation performance;(3) information elaboration moderated the relationship between mentoring and innovation performance;specifically,the relationship is stronger when information elaboration is high rather than low;(4) differences between civil production line and military production line moderated the relationship between mentoring and innovation performance;specifically,the relationship is stronger when it is military production line rather than civil production line.
