摘 要:导师在住院医师规范化培训中肩负着重要的责任,是培养合格、同质化住院医师的重要保障。重庆医科大学附属第一医院在住院医师规范化培训中探索性引入双导师制培养模式。该模式以学员为主体,保证培训期间每位学员均给予双导师带教培养,有利于对学员进行相关专业学科的交叉指导,有利于对学员各方面素质的综合培养,对住院医师规范化培训模式的改革探索具有一定的参考意义和推广价值。但双导师制培养模式在具体实施过程中依然存在不足之处,如导师遴选标准待加强,导师责任分工与质量控制不完善,评价与评估体系尚未规范等,还需要进一步完善。Mentors play an important role in the standardized residency training programs,who guaranteed qualified and homogeneous training for the residents.Double-mentor system had been carried out in standardized residency programs of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,which appeared to be valuable assets for efficiently study and in-depth cooperation in residency training and helped the residents to practice for building comprehensive featured specialty.What's important is that double-mentor system can be instrumental in improving the productivity of training and helping the residents master advanced knowledge.However, this system still needs improvement,and there are some limitation that need further exploration.For examples,the selection criteria for mentors needs to be strengthened,responsibility and quality control of mentors are not perfect,and standardized evaluation system needs to be established.
