高职院校内涵建设背景下师资队伍建设路径

摘　　要：我国高等职业教育经历了全面恢复期、快速发展期、确立地位期、规模壮大期之后,现已进入内涵建设期。师资队伍建设是高等职业教育内涵建设的重要内容,也是实现高等职业教育内涵式发展的重要保障。通过分析当前高职院校师资队伍在师德师风、高层次人才队伍、双师型师资队伍、教学理念和能力、教科研团队等方面的建设中存在的问题,探析了内涵建设背景下高职院校师资队伍的建设路径。After experiencing the stages of full recovery, fast growth, established status and scale expansion, higher vocational education in China has come into an era of connotation construction. The teaching staff construction is important content of the connotation construction and important safeguard of the connotation development in higher vocational education. By analyzing the problems in the construction of teachers' ethics, high-level talent, double-qualified teachers, teaching ideas and abilities as well as teaching and research team, it explores the path of the teaching staff construction under the background of connotation construction.
