摘  要:自2007年国家恢复师范生公费政策以来,公费师范生的培养质量问题一直是教师教育政策关注的重点。在公费师范生的培养体制中,是否定向就业是一类重要的制度设计因素。文章基于成就目标理论,以新疆免费师范生为样本,使用相关性分析、方差分析等方法,实证研究了定向就业政策对公费师范生群体学习效果的影响。结果显示,定向就业对学业成绩具有显著影响,其影响因课程不同存在差异;定向就业与最终是否从教则存在显著相关性,但差异不大。Since the restoration of the teacher’s tuition-free policy in 2007,the quality of cultivation for teachers has always been the focus of teacher education policy.In the training system of tuition- free student teachers, whether or not to targeted employment is an important factor in institutional design.On the bases of Achievement Goal Theory,the paper took the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region as an example,using correlation analysis, analysis of variance,etc.to investigate the Influence of targeted employment on tuition-free student teachers’academic achievements.The results show that oriented employment has a significant impact on academic performance, which varies from course to course.There is a significant correlation between targeted employment and ultimately whether it is taught,but the difference is not significant.
