摘　　要：在全面依法治国和我国司法体制改革背景下,新时代需要培育创新型法治人才,作为地方民族高校,更需要适应新时代要求,培养具有创新能力的卓越法治人才,以适应法治社会建设的现实需求。民族高校法治人才创新能力培养的实践中存在创新动力不足,创新能力培养意识不够,创新实践保障条件不充分等问题。新时代民族高校法治人才创新能力培养的路径,在于正确树立创新能力培养理念,进一步激发高校师生创新热情,加快建设创新实践保障机制。Under the background of ruling the country according to law in an all-round way and the reform of judicial system in our country, it is necessary to cultivate innovative rule of law talents in the new era. For the local colleges and universities for nationalities, it is more necessary to adapt to the requirements of the new era and train outstanding talents with innovative ability to meet the practical needs of the construction of a society ruled by law. There are some problems in the practice of cultivating the innovation ability of rule of law talents, such as insufficient innovation motive force, insufficient consciousness of innovation ability training, insufficient guarantee conditions of innovation practice, and so on. The way to cultivate the innovative ability of rule of law talents in colleges and universities for nationalities in the new era lies in correctly establishing the concept of cultivating innovative ability, further arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and students in colleges and universities for innovation, and speeding up the construction of innovative practice guarantee mechanism.
