非英语专业学生英语学习焦虑的调查及对策

摘　　要：在英语言学习者的情感因素中,外语焦虑起着举足轻重的作用。外语焦虑可以分为交际焦虑、考试焦虑和负面评价焦虑。通过对学生焦虑问卷调查,发现非英语专业学生存在不同程度的外语学习焦虑,并对英语学习造成了阻碍;教师应采用相应的对策以减轻学生外语学习的焦虑。Foreign language anxiety plays a vital role in the affective factors of language learners.Foreign language anxiety consists of communication apprehension,test anxiety and fear of negative evaluation.According to the data derived from a questionnaire,the anxiety of English learning for undergraduate students was reflected.The result shows that various sources of foreign language anxiety exist to a certain extent,which hinders the English learning.Teachers should adopt some possible countermeasures to alleviate the foreign language anxiety of the students.
