摘 要:固相微萃取(SPME)是一种常用的从样品中提取/富集分析物的前处理方法。在改进SPME应用的趋势中,新型涂层材料引起极大关注,包括碳纳米材料、金属有机框架、离子液体和聚合物离子液体、分子印迹聚合物等,根据涂层材料的性质选择合适的涂覆方法和载体尤为重要。文章对近几年来新型涂层材料在固相微萃取技术中的研究现状进行了归纳总结,并概述了其在食品中污染物残留检测的应用。Solid phase microextraction (SPME) was a commonly used pretreatment method for extracting and enriching analysis from a variety of samples.Among the trends in improving SPME applications,new coating materials had attracted great attention,including carbon nanomaterials,metal organic frameworks, ionic liquids and polymer ionic liquids,molecularly imprinted polymers,etc.It was especially important to select a suitable coating method and carrier depending on the properties of the coating material.This article summarizes the research status of new coating materials in solid phase microextraction technology in recent years,and outlines its application in the detection of pollutant residues in food.
