摘 要:中小学体育师资队伍建设问题研究已久。随着“健康中国”战略的提出,必须将其放置于该背景下进行审思。运用文献资料、归纳演绎等研究方法,阐述了强化体育教师建设的现实意义,分析了目前美国、日本和韩国的中小学体育教师队伍建设的现状。在此基础上,重新思考了我国中小学体育教师队伍建设问题,从而为推进实施国家“健康中国”战略助力。The research on the construction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools has been studied for a long time.With the introduction of the“healthy China”strategy,it must be placed in this context for consideration.Using the research methods such as literature and inductive deduction,this paper expounds the practical significance of strengthening the construction of physical education teachers,and analyzes the current situation of the construction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the United States,Japan and South Korea.On this basis,we rethought the question of the construction of the PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in China,thus contributing to the promotion of the national“healthy China”strategy.
