关系心理学视域下的“自我”概念及其对青少年人格养成的意义

摘　　要：“关系自我”(Relational Self)既是“心理学中的关系革命”的产物,也是后现代思潮的产物。它对现代西方占统治地位的“自我”概念进行了挑战,用关系性的自我替代了独立自足的自我,用开放的“过程自我”替代了封闭静止的自我,用多元“创生的自我”取代了一元同一的自我。对青少年的人格养成,关系自我具有十分重要的启迪意义。它既有助于克服青少年的自我中心主义,又有助于鼓励青少年告别封闭的旧我,创生新的自我,同时也启发我们营造健康的生态环境和和谐的社会关系,从而为青少年的人格养成创造良好条件。“Relational self” is not only the product of “relational revolution in psychology”,but also the product of post-modern trend of thought.It challenges the dominant concept of “self” in the modern west,replacing the independent and self-sufficient self with “relational self”,replacing the closed and static self with open “process self”,the monistic and identical self with multiple “creative self”.“Relational self” is of great enlightenment to develop adolescent personality.It not only helps to overcome the egocentrism of teenagers,but also encourages them to bid farewell to the closed old self and create a new self.At the same time,it also inspires us to build a healthy ecological environment and harmonious social relations,so as to create good conditions for the development of teenagers’ personality.
