摘 要:为了区分纯电动汽车与传统燃油汽车车身之间的不同点,对电动汽车车身结构特点进行了研究。从电动汽车与传统燃油汽车搭载的不同重要零部件的角度出发,电动汽车安装有电机、动力电池、控制器等主要零部件,传统燃油汽车安装有发动机、排气管、燃油箱等主要零部件,总结出电动汽车车身结构特点。电动汽车乘客舱高度尺寸高于燃油汽车,前后悬架尺寸短,车身前纵梁位置可以偏低些,车身底板骨架方案不同于燃油汽车,车身前后悬架固定点强度高于同级别的燃油汽车,碰撞安全策略不同于燃油汽车,快慢充电口多布置在车身前部。实际验证也表明,按此方案设计的纯电动汽车车身结构较为合理,相对拥有较高的性能。In order to distinguish the difference in car body between pure electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles,the characteristics of body structure for the electric vehicle were summarized. The important components are listed for both vehicles to study the body structure. For the pure EV,there were the motor,power battery and controller while the engine,exhaust pipe and fuel tank,etc. were included for the traditional fuel vehicle. It was found that for the EVs,the height of passenger compartment was higher than that of the fuel vehicle,the dimensions of the front and rear suspension were shorter,the position of the front longitudinal beam was lower,the deck frame design was different,the attachment strength of the front and rear suspension was higher than that of a fuel car with equivalent level,the safety strategies for collisions were different,the fast and slow charging units were located in the front of the body. The body structure designs for pure electric vehicles with the above characteristics are proved to be more reasonable with better performance.
