摘　　要：《东周列国志》翻译实践中,作者注意到汉语文言文和英语语言就形合和意合而言差异显著。参照转换生成语法和奈达提出的“逆转换”翻译路径,作者建立一个从意合语言向形合语言转化的模型,且分别从词汇、句法和语篇三个层面探讨了汉语文言文的英译转换模式与策略。During the translation of the historical novel Annals of the Kingdoms in the East Zhou Dynasty,distinct differences were noticed between English,a hypotactic language,andChinese,the paratactic language.Based on Chomsky’s Transformational—generative Grammar and Nida’s Back—transformation,the author established a paratactic—hypotactic language translation model,and utilizing this model,strategies of English translation of ancient Chinese are analyzed respectively from the lexical,syntactical and textual level.
