摘　　要：本文分析了目前在放射治疗专业住院医师规范化培训中所面临的基础知识薄弱、培训总体时间较短等相关问题,针对性的提出在规范化培训教学中引入病例导入式教学模式(case based study,CBS),并展示了该教学方法在中国医科大学附属一院放射治疗科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用情况,通过观察初步的教学效果,发现病例导入式教学法的应用激发了住院医师的学习兴趣,提高了自主学习及病例分析能力,解决了放疗科住院医师参加规范化培训的相关问题,更好的使住院医师完成了对相关内容的理解和掌握,对临床实践等综合能力及教学质量的提高产生了积极作用。The system of resident standardization training has been established in China in recent years accompanied by problems.To solve the problems,Case Based Study (CBS) method is proposed.This article provides an introduction of residency training in department of radiation oncology with CBS in First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University by observing the teaching efficacy.It was found that the application of CBS the stimulated the residents' interest in learning,improved the ability of selflearning and case analysis.CBS is a good way for resident standardization training in radiation oncology.
