摘  要:打造良好的科技人才生态系统并推进其可持续发展是科研单位保持强势核心竞争力的关键举措。对科技人才生态系统自组织演化条件、诱因、动力、演化过程及特点的研究表明:科技人才生态系统的演化具有自组织特征,内部动力是演化的决定性力量,管理部门应尊重科技人才生态系统自组织演化规律,从创造自组织演化条件、诱导有利于变革的涨落发生、处理好自组织管理和他组织管理的关系等方面推动科技人才生态系统的健康发展。Building a good ecosystem of sci-tech talents and ensuring their sustainable development are the key measures for scientific research institutions to maintain the strong core competitiveness. Based on the in-depth analysis of the conditions, incentives and motivation of the self-organization evolution of the sci-tech talent ecosystem, the process and characteristics of the evolution are summarized. The study shows that the evolution of the sci-tech talent ecosystem has the characteristics of self-organization, and the internal motivation is the decisive force of the evolution. The management department should respect the law of the self-organization evolution of the sci-tech talent ecosystem, create the conditions for self-organization evolution, induce the occurrence of fluctuations conducive to change, handle well the relation between the self-organization management and other-organization management in order to promote the healthy development of sci-tech talent ecosystem.
