开放大学背景下开放教育资源共享路径研究

摘　　要：优质的开放教育资源是开放大学开放教育的办学基础,也是我国学习型社会构建的资源保障。如何促进优质教育资源共享使之形成健康的可持续发展状态,是教育信息化时代要面对的重要问题之一。在分析我国现阶段开放大学开放教育资源开发及共享方面存在的障碍因素的基础上,提出优化资源平台的智能资源管理能力,完善共建共享机制等路径,以促进开放大学对开放教育资源共享的驱动因素形成,最终实现开放大学背景下开放教育资源的有效共享。The open education resources of high quality is the basis for open learning of open universities and also the resource guarantee for the construction of learning-based society in China. How to promote the sharing of high quality education resources to form a healthy and sustainable development state is one of the important issues to be faced in the era of education informationization. On the basis of analyzing the obstacles in the development and sharing of the open education resources in open universities in China, this paper proposes to optimize the intelligent resource management capabilities of resource platforms and complete the path of joint construction and sharing mechanisms so as to promote the formation of driving factors for the sharing of the open educational resources, and finally achieve the effective sharing of the open educational resources under the background of the open university.
