摘  要:开放大学现代职业教育文化生态具备协同创新、开放共享、绿色赋能、可持续发展特征,在线学习和高职教育作为开放大学现代职业教育的重要主体,文化同构具备资源同构、技术同构、目标同构的价值诉求。要构建以绿色发展理念和终身教育理念为核心的开放大学现代职教文化精神生态、富有职教人文内涵和产业发展向度的开放大学现代职教文化物质生态、具备动态调整性和衔接贯通性的开放大学现代职教文化制度生态,充分发挥精神文化的核心驱动力、物质文化的基础引领力、制度文化的重要保障力,以适应外向度的现代职教体系建设要求和内向度的开放大学高质量发展要求。The cultural ecology of modern vocational education in Open University has the characteristics of collaborative innovation, open sharing, green energy and sustainable development. Online learning and higher vocational education are important subjects of modern vocational education in Open University, and their culture isomorphism has value appeals such as resources isomorphism, technology isomorphism and objectives isomorphism. We should construct spiritual ecology based on green development concept and lifelong education, material ecology based on vocational education humanistic connotation and industrial development direction, and institution ecology based on dynamic adjustment and coherence in modern vocational education culture in Open University. Besides, we should give full play to the core driving force of spiritual culture, the foundational guiding force of material culture, and the important guarantee force of institutional culture in order to meet the requirements of the construction of modern vocational education system with an external orientation and the high- quality development of Open University with an internal orientation.
