摘　　要：文章对现代学徒制理论和实践模式进行分析研究,指出其实施核心在于职业教育办学体制和机制的改革及其教学模式的创新。基于浙江长征职业技术学院“统计工厂”的实践与成效,提出了学生在空间与时间不断变化下实现工学结合和工学交替,在专任教师和企业教师指导下实现身份转换,并以制度形式加以固化的实施途径。The paper did a research on the theory and practice mode of modern apprenticeship. The core of implementing the modern apprenticeship system lies in the reform of the school-running system and mechanism of vocational education and the innovation of its teaching mode. Based on the practice and effect of Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College, the paper put forward ways to help students realize the combination of work and study and the alternation of work and study under the changing space and time with the guide of full-time teachers, enterprise teachers, and some rules.
