摘  要:本文系统回顾了新中国成立70周年来中国企业文化的历史与现状,将改革开放前的企业文化探索阶段划分为学习前苏联、自我探索、破坏和停滞三个时期,其主要特点是:从单纯学习前苏联到自我探索创新,聚焦企业内部且关注执行型文化,重视基层劳模的示范作用,企业文化与思想政治工作结合紧密;将改革开放后的企业文化建设阶段划分为全面引进与系统建立、大规模推广、蓬勃发展三个时期,其主要特点是:企业文化建设在企业经营管理中的地位不断上升,日益成为一项系统工程,既强调经营型文化又关注执行型文化,企业家与企业家精神逐渐成为关注的焦点,企业大学成为传播企业文化的重要阵地,教学和研究蓬勃发展。未来中国企业文化建设需要把握如下趋势:企业文化日益成为企业的核心竞争力所在,应反映时代发展要求,朝着特色化方向发展,如何确保企业文化落地成为关注的焦点,中国式管理在企业文化研究和实践中的地位将与日俱增。This study systematically reviews the history and current situation of Chinese corporate culture in 70 years since founding of the People's Republic of China.China has made remarkable achievements in various fields over the past 70 years.The number of enterprises has been growing,their scale has been expanding and their strength has been increasing,which have become the engine to promote the sustained growth of China's economy.The development of enterprises depends not only on science and technology,but also on management.The promotion of management relies not only on "hard means",that is,institutional management,but also on "soft means",that is,cultural management.In the practice of business management,corporate culture plays an important and irreplaceable role.On the one hand,as means of soft constraints rather than rigid systems,corporate culture leads employees to follow specific behavioral patterns,thus enhances cohesion of enterprises;on the other hand,the brand that corporate culture shaped is an outstanding and unique externalized symbol,which helps to enhance the image of enterprises and their competitiveness.The corporate culture is a fundamental guarantee for an enterprise to maintain sustainable competitive advantage and remain invincible in the competition.Therefore,summarizing and refining the history and current situation of corporate culture practice in the past 70 years since the founding of new China and grasping its development characteristics and trends are of great value for Chinese enterprises to enhance their cultural soft strength and their sustainable competitiveness. Corporate culture is a concept put forward by American scholars in the 1980s after analyzing and summarizing the reasons for the rapid development of Japanese enterprises.Being introduced by a series of western corporate culture books,corporate culture began to be learnt and built by Chinese enterprises.As an exotic term,corporate culture continues to develop and improve after years of exploration,and finally becomes an impo
