摘　　要：Solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT) of the pancreas is a rare pancreatic disease. Generally, it is considered a benign or low-grade malignant tumor. SPT of the pancreas with liver metastasis or invasion to adjacent organs is usually uncommon.
