摘 要:目的探讨LBL与TBL整合教学法在研究生分子生物学理论与实验教学中的应用。方法将2016~2018学年本教研室学习分子生物学理论与实验的213名研究生根据不同教学方法分为3组,A组2016年107名学员单行LBL教学法,B组2017年64名学员单行TBL教学法,C组2018年42名学员行LBL与TBL整合教学法,比较3组的试卷测试、实验报告、课程满意度。结果C组试卷测试最高分、最低分、平均分高于A组和B组,得分在85~100分比例明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组实验报告最高分、最低分、平均分高于A组和B组,得分在85~100分比例明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组在教学满意度、知识掌握率、自学能力、语言表达和沟通能力、查阅文献能力、创新思维能力、分析解决问题能力等满意率明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论LBL与TBL整合教学法在研究生分子生物学理论与实践教学中的应用效果显著,能有效提升教学质量,提高学生的学习能力和应用能力,为高校研究生教育改革提供了有力借鉴。Objective To explore the application of the integrated teaching method of LBL and TBL in the theory and experiment teaching of molecular biology for postgraduates.Methods Graduate students studying molecular biology theory and experiment in our teaching and research department from 2016 to 2018 were divided into three groups to implement different teaching methods.In group A,107 students in 2016 were taught with single-line LBL method,64 students in group B were taught with single-line TBL method in 2017,and 42 students in group C were taught with integrated LBL and TBL method in 2018.Test papers,experimental reports and course satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results The highest score,the lowest score and the average score of group C were higher than those of group A and group B,and the proportion of 85~100 scores was significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).The highest,lowest and average scores of group C were higher than those of group A and group B.The scores of group C were 85~100 points,significantly higher than those of group A and group B(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching satisfaction,knowledge holding rate,self-study ability,language expression and communication ability,literature review ability,innovative thinking ability and problem-solving ability in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of LBL and TBL integrated teaching method in the theory and practice teaching of molecular biology for postgraduates has a remarkable effect.It can effectively improve the teaching quality,improve students'learning ability and application ability,and provide a powerful reference for the reform of postgraduate education in Colleges and universities.
