摘 要:由于分子生物学技术和信息科学的飞速发展,医学遗传学在人类遗传病发病基因的定位、克隆、功能研究、遗传病发病机制及遗传病的诊断、预防和治疗方面,均取得了长足进步,传统的医学遗传学尤其是绪论章节的教学,存在教学内容滞后、教学方式单一等问题,已经不能适应新形势的要求。文章在分析以往绪论教学存在问题的基础上,以创新思维的方式,进行了绪论教学的改革尝试,增加了学生自主学习的内容、适当拓展了能反映医学遗传学进展的教学内容,力求培养学生的自主学习能力及提高学生对医学遗传学的学习兴趣。With the advancement in human genome project and information technology, medical genetics has grown from a clinical subspecialty to a well-recognized medical specialty, whose concepts and approaches are important components in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. Great strides have also been made in cloning, functional studies, pathology of the disease-causing genes, as well as the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the genetic diseases. However, the approach to teaching medical genetics, especially the chapterof introduction to medical genetics, does not contribute well to the development of this specialty. Based on the analysis of current problems inteaching this chapter, this article makes some strategic attempts, both in the contents and in the teaching methods, in order to attract the students’ attention and meet the increasing demands of the rapidly developing field of medical genetics.
