摘 要:20世纪70年代以来,在经历道德滑坡危机后德育重新受到国外高校的高度重视。其德育目标多与公民教育目标相近,且着眼于社会和人的发展需要,德育内容与方法注重以生为本、寓教于“隐”,其中公民教育中的法制教育和严肃校纪促进良好道德养成等做法颇具特色。借鉴国外经验,我国高校德育应重视德育目标的层次性与适切性。Since the 1970s, foreign moral education has been paid great attention again after experiencing the crisis of moral decline. Its moral education goals are mostly similar to those of citizen education, focusing on the needs of social and human development. The contents and methods of moral education lay stress on students-centered and implicit teaching, among which legal education embedded in citizen education, religious education complementary with moral education and promoting good moral cultivation with strict school discipline are quite distinctive. Drawing lessons from foreign experience, moral education in colleges and universities in China should attach importance to the hierarchy and appropriateness of moral education objectives.
