摘  要:现代学徒制作为职业教育一项重要的制度创新,以促进产业及其生产与教育的有机结合为切入点,旨在集成校企双方优势,增强技术技能人才培养的有效性、针对性、实用性,提高人才培养质量和效果。从专业实践出发,分析现代学徒制实施过程中出现的问题,对现代学徒制模式下人才培养提出若干发展对策。Modern apprenticeship can be regarded as a crucial institutional innovation for vocational education. It could take industrial promotion as well as the combination of production and education as the starting point. Aiming to integrate the advantages of schools and enterprises, this modern apprenticeship system could also enhance the effectiveness, pertinence and practicality of the training of technical and skilled talents, and then improve the quality and effect of training. This paper makes the analysis of some typical problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeship from the perspective of professional practices, and then puts forward some relevant countermeasures for talent training.
