摘　　要：从焦虑概念的词源学、心理学、哲学解释入手,梳理出焦虑概念的核心要素,在此基础上,结合教师的职业特性,对教师焦虑进行了多角度的阐释。教师焦虑既是教师当下职业生活的消极体验,又反映出教师对于未来生活的矛盾状态。From etymological, psychological and philosophical perspectives, the paper combs out the core elements of the concept of anxiety, and makes a further multi-angle interpretation of teachers, anxiety. Teachers' anxiety, a type of being, is not only teachers' negative experience of current professional life, but also a reflection of teachers' negation for future life.
