摘  要:回顾高职院校办学水平与人才培养评估的发展历程,从政策工具的视角分析不同阶段工具运用情况,认为强制性工具和混合型工具使用频率较高。在未来的高职院校办学水平与人才培养评估中,自愿性工具将会更多地运用,并发挥越来越重要的作用。此外,强制性工具的运用频次将逐渐减少,作用减弱,而混合型政策仍将发挥重要作用。There is no doubt that the paper tries to review the development course of vocational colleges-running level and talent cultivation evaluation. Then it analyzes the application of tools in different stages from the perspective of policy tools. Therefore, the conclusion is that compulsory tools and mixed tools are used more frequently. In the future evaluation of vocational college-running level and talent cultivation, perhaps, the voluntary tools will be used much often and play an increasingly important role. Clearly, the frequency of mandatory tools will be gradually reduced and their roles would be weakened. Apparently, mixed policy might play a significant role in the near future.
