摘　　要：职业院校教学工作诊断与改进具有重要的现实意义,自2015年启动以来已经在促进院校提升管理水平、转变工作模式和保障教学质量等方面发挥了突出的作用。同时,受思想认识、标准体系和推进渠道等因素的制约,诊改工作仍然面临诸多挑战。基于此,在制度建设、主体责任和标准开发等方面提出对策,以期提高诊改工作的时效和实效。The implementation of self-inspection and improvement on the internal quality assurance system has practical significance in higher vocational colleges. From the beginning in 2015,it has played an outstanding role in improving management level, transforming working mode and guaranteeing teaching quality and so on. Meanwhile, according to some defects in ideological understanding, standard system and advancement channels, self-inspection and improvement on the internal quality assurance system is still facing quite a few challenges. Based on this, this paper offered the countermeasures in system construction, subject responsibility and standard development so as to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of self-inspection and improvement.
