摘 要:中国茶文化历史悠久,自古饮茶、习茶之风盛行,以茶为国饮。近年来,随着中国茶艺培训课程的普及推广,少年儿童群体作为新生力量,也是重点受众人群之一,全国各地均有开设形式多样的少儿茶艺培训课程。在课程逐步完善的同时,少儿茶艺培训在传统授课模式的制约下,遇到了一定的瓶颈,扩宽培训渠道、更新培训形式、完善培训体系,成为当下少儿茶艺培训的重中之重。本文将对少儿茶艺培训课程的发展与探索进行简析。Chinese tea culture has a long history. Since ancient times,the custom of tea drinking and tea learning has prevailed,and tea has been used as a national drink. In recent years,with the popularization and promotion of Chinese tea art training courses,the children′s group as a new force is also one of the key audiences. There are various forms of tea culture training courses in various parts of the country. At the same time as the curriculum is gradually improved,the children′s tea art training is also easy to encounter certain bottlenecks under the constraints of the traditional teaching mode. Expanding the training channels,updating the training forms,and perfecting the training system have become the top priority of the current children′s tea art training. This article will take the development and exploration of the children′s tea art training course as a research point.
